The idea of shaan.wiki and some thoughts on AI
The idea was simple: can I have a surface for writing my thoughts every day, and can it be something that becomes like a digital journal of sorts without all the distractions of all the tools that exist.
And all this exists for only 365 days, a year of writing everyday, which becomes an approximation of my thoughts over the year, thus turning into a "wiki"
A thought which I have been having lately is: AI has taken over all artistic endevors, all forms of "manual" work involving computers, all forms of coding tasks etc and will continue to do so, not because it is neccesarily better, but because it's much faster. This greatly does improve both output and quality but we are losing out on something that every person who took pride in their work had: a love for the proccess.
The idea of shaan.wiki is to then get back to the proccess of a thing, repeated 365 times and done daily, and understanding what it leads to.
